UI/UX & Graphic Design Intern (Figma) – Ongoing Work for Product + Social Media​ Role overview Looking for a graphic design intern who is comfortable in Figma and can support both product UI/UX and marketing creatives on an ongoing basis. You’ll translate our existing design language into clean UI screens and consistent social media posts for our brand.​ Responsibilities Design and refine UI screens, components, and simple prototypes in Figma for web/mobile.​ Create social media posts (static and simple carousels) aligned with our existing brand theme and guidelines.​ Convert rough ideas or wireframes into polished, usable layouts.​ Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, and iconography across all assets.​ Export assets in the right formats/sizes for web and social platforms.​ Collaborate via comments/ Loom/Upwork messages, iterate based on feedback, and meet agreed timelines.​ Must-have skills Strong hands-on experience with Figma for UI and component-based design.​ Basic understanding of UX principles: hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and usability.​ Ability to follow an existing design system/design language and extend it thoughtfully.​ Graphic design skills for social media (layouts, visual balance, and typography).​ Attention to detail and openness to feedback and iterations.​ Nice-to-have Experience creating simple prototypes and interactions in Figma.​ Prior work on SaaS, startup, or app UI.​ Familiarity with Canva/Adobe tools for quick adaptations (not mandatory).​ Stipend and engagement details Stipend: Rs 10,000 or approximately $333 per month, paid via Upwork.​ Type: Internship-style engagement via Upwork (part-time, remote).​ Duration: Ongoing, starting with a small paid test task.​ Payment structure can be set as a fixed monthly contract or broken into monthly milestones.
