Our company is seeking ongoing legal guidance and representation in the following areas:
• Preventing private double taxation between Germany and Portugal and ensuring correct allocation of tax obligations
• Preparing and submitting the required documentation for German tax authorities regarding tax obligations.
• Tax declarations for a German business
• International VAT compliance and reporting, specifically for an Estonian company operating in Germany under an NETP registration
