We are seeking experienced consultants and facilitators who thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll partner with executive clients across sectors — from government and healthcare to financial services and commercial industries — to deliver high-caliber consulting engagements that help organizations navigate complexity and drive lasting change.
We're especially interested in professionals with a background in firms like Accenture, Mercer, Korn Ferry, Deloitte, or similar — and a proven record of success leading implementation in the real world. Experience with state and federal government, financial services, insurance, healthcare is desired.

Responsibilities
You may be matched to one or more of the following, based on experience:
• Design and facilitate executive-level strategy and planning workshops
• Conduct org assessments and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
• Co-create leadership competency models and learning journeys
• Design change management strategies using our proprietary methodology
• Support communications, stakeholder alignment, and capability-building
• Lead or contribute to employee engagement and culture transformation projects
• Deliver facilitation, learning design, or advisory services at the highest level
• Create thoughtful deliverables (decks, briefs, roadmaps) that drive real decisions
• Collaborate in a fast-moving, high-accountability consulting environment
Qualifications
• 6–10+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or internal change/strategy roles
• Track record of implementing strategy — not just recommending it
• Proven experience in one or more of the following: org change, facilitation, talent strategy, employee engagement, L&D, leadership development, or org design
• Background with top-tier consulting firms (e.g., Accenture, Mercer, Korn Ferry, Deloitte, BCG, etc.) preferred
• Exceptional client communication and executive presence
• Able to structure ambiguity, lead workstreams, and deliver independently
• Strong writing, facilitation, and synthesis skills
• For specialist roles: demonstrated success in training design, human-centered facilitation, or workforce development programs

Compensation
Competitive rate commensurate with experience.
