Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain filing systems and organize documents for client projects.
• Conduct research to support candidate sourcing and client needs.
• Provide general administrative assistance to executive search professionals.
• Communicate with clients and candidates to ensure a professional experience.
• Assist in planning company events, meetings, and virtual or in-person workshops.
Requirements
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
