Remote Clinical Mental Health Therapist

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide outpatient therapy services, focusing on supporting individuals dealing with various mental health challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health practices and the ability to implement effective therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs. Responsibilities • Conduct individual therapy sessions • Assess clients' mental health needs by conducting a psychological evaluation & developing treatment plans • Provide crisis intervention when necessary • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and document weekly session in a timely manner • Stay informed about developments in the field of mental health therapy as well as maintain license by meeting CEU requirements for licensure renewal Requirements • Licensed LSW & LCSW in the state of TX, IL, IN. MI • Ability to work with a range of clients from pre-teens, teens, adults, & aging adults • Specialize in at least one of the following areas: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and PTSD, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), ADHD, Autism, Self Esteem, Stress, Peer Relationships, Relationship Issues, Family Conflict, School Issues, Life Transitions, Parent Support • Fully trained and/or certified in at least 2 of the following: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Culturally Sensitive, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Interpersonal, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic • Experience working in private practice, schools, with individuals, and/or families preferred • Bilingual is highly preferred f you are interested in this position, please email your resume to: contact@factspllc.com with "Remote Clinical Mental Health Therapist Applicant" in the subject line of the email.
