Legal Compliance Operations Manager
The Legal Compliance Operations Manager is a high-bandwidth, meticulously organized individual who can juggle process, project, and people management. They will be responsible for bringing people, process, and technology together in ways that drive operational excellence in the legal space.
Requirements
• 8+ years of progressive legal industry experience in fast moving environments
• 1-2 years of experience in a people management role, with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
• Experience in reading and responding to subpoenas, garnishments, liens or levies, and/or unemployment claims
• Strong project management experience and previous success in meeting deadlines in scrappy environments
• Proficiency in Google Workplace, Slack, MacOS, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience working in business intelligence tools like Mode, Sigma, and Tableau
• Experience working with alternative legal service providers and/or BPO Teams
