Automation Specialist for Service Business Client Communication (Go High Level or Similar CRM)
We’re in the early stages of building a system to help home service businesses (starting with lawn care services) streamline their customer communication and improve lead follow-up using automation.
We’re currently using Go High Level, so experience with this platform is a big plus — but we’re open to other CRM or automation tools if they offer similar (or better) functionality. The priority is effectiveness and scalability.
What You'll Help With:
Building communication workflows (text, voice, email, chatbot)
Creating automations for lead response, appointment reminders, missed call follow-up, etc.
Training AI voice/chat agents
Setting up custom fields, triggers, tags, and automations
Optimizing for simplicity — our clients are small business owners with minimal tech use
Ideal Experience:
Experience with Go High Level or similar platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Zoho, HubSpot, Zapier-based flows)
Marketing automation / CRM configuration
Workflow design for service-based businesses
Ability to suggest and implement efficient, low-maintenance solutions
Bonus if you’ve:
Worked with home services, lawn care, or trades
Built automations for lead intake or follow-up
Created AI chatbot or phone agent flows
