Technical Tasks/Requirements: • Design and execute marketing across multiple platforms • Develop digital display ads, website graphics, social media content, and in-store signage • Create corporate branding assets, including logo-wear and internal communications • Coordinate with Account Managers and Customer engagement to understand strategy and sales goals • Provide strategic creative expertise to Account Managers, Customer Engagement and Proposal Team Requirements: Minimum Skills Required: • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Willing to travel on occasion • Expert level competency of Adobe Creative Cloud software especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro as well as presentation software such as Keynote and/or PowerPoint. • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of marketing, graphic design, or digital design experience (preferably in the credit union, bank, or financial services industry). • HTML/CSS experience with working knowledge of Web Content Management Systems preferred. • Possess a strong foundation of graphic design fundamentals (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.). • Outstanding creativity, enthusiasm, sense of humor and team spirit. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Calm, flexible and able to work under pressure with short deadlines. • Ability to manage projects in an agile work environment a plus. • Experience in a collaborative team environment. • Strong desire to continue evolving brand standards and visual designs Desired Skills: • Squarespace experience • Ability to support website development with Figma and Squarespace Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
