Virtual Assistant – Marketing & Growth Support (Solar & Clean Energy Focus)

We’re committed to helping our clients grow sustainably while advancing the transition to a clean energy future. Im looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and business development efforts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting people, organizing information, and contributing directly to meaningful brand growth. Responsibilities Connect me with prospects and potential partners on LinkedIn, following a defined outreach process. Identify PR opportunities and relevant media outlets in the solar, renewable energy, and sustainability marketing spaces. Assist in writing and submitting guest articles to industry publications and online platforms. Research and facilitate podcast guesting opportunities. Help develop and implement a LinkedIn content strategy focused on our expertise in solar marketing. Maintain a KPI dashboard to track performance across outreach, PR, and content initiatives. Coordinate and communicate regularly via Zoom and our project management tool. Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in virtual assistance, marketing coordination, or content production. Strong organizational and research abilities. Familiarity with sustainability, clean energy, or B2B marketing is a plus. Availability for 10–20 hours per week with flexibility for Zoom meetings during U.S. business hours.
