One of our direct clients is looking for AWS Application Architect in Remote. Below is the detailed job description. Role - AWS Application Architect Remote - Remote (Client is in west coast , we are looking for candidates PST (preferred , MST / CST) Hire - Full time Must Have - Strong AWS , Python , Javascript Job Description: Responsibilities: • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures on AWS. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and documentation for AWS-based applications. • Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices in application architecture. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed. • Evaluate and recommend new AWS services and technologies to enhance our application infrastructure. • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of AWS-based applications. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and innovation. • Mentor and coach junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Drive application modernization and migration strategies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Qualifications: • Proven experience in designing and implementing application architectures on AWS. • Extensive experience with AWS services covering compute, networking, storage, including EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway, and more. • Strong Experience with application development frameworks and technologies, such as Python and JavaScript. • Strong understanding of application security, compliance, and governance. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with automation and orchestration tools. • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent certification is highly desirable. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Skills: • Experience with developing AI/ML pipelines and models with SageMaker and Bedrock. • Extensive experience with application development frameworks like FASTAPI, Middlewares, Angular/REACT, Node.js and others • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD, Jenkins, and Terraform. • Familiarity with database technologies, such as SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling.
