Senior .NET Developer - Azure Cloud Architecture (Remote - Harrisburg, PA) We are currently recruiting a Senior .NET Developer with strong experience in Azure Cloud Architecture for our client, a Commonwealth PA entity. This position is responsible for designing, building, and modernizing enterprise applications using .NET Core, Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate combines hands-on development expertise with a solid understanding of scalable, secure cloud architectures and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation and digital transformation. This contract position is long-term with funding approved until 6 / 30 / 2026 (extensions possible), a 37.5-hour per week role. This position is currently fully remote, but there's a chance it will evolve into hybrid and / or full-time on-site in Harrisburg, PA. The preferred candidates MUST reside within a reasonable commute, locally in Harrisburg, PA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered. Responsibilities : • Design and develop modern applications using .NET Core (C#), MVC, and Entity Framework Core. • Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure(App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Logic Apps). • Build and enhance solutions with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Integrate .NET, Power Platform, SharePoint, CRM, and Dynamics 365 solutions. • Lead cloud migration, modernization, and DevOps initiatives (CI / CD, Git, Infrastructure as Code). • Ensure performance, security, and scalability across all Azure-based applications. • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and innovative solutions. Requirements : • 7+ years of experience in .NET development and Azure-based application design. • Strong understanding of Azure architecture, security, and DevOps. • Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes). • Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. • Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent certification preferred.
