Run high-impact demos that clearly show prospects how our SmartBox product solves their operational challenges. Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and close. Experiment and adapt — try new outreach methods, refine your pitch, and find creative ways to break through. Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success. From hospitality and property management to logistics, fleets, and government, companies rely on Keycafe to keep operations secure, efficient, and scalable.RequirementsWho You Are 2+ years of B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales experience with a track record of consistently closing new business. A self-starter who’s energized by ownership — you don’t just run plays, you create them. Resilient and resourceful — you keep moving after rejection and find new ways to win. Passionate about learning products and showing customers how they can transform operations. Startup-minded — flexible, collaborative, and willing to contribute beyond your immediate role. Nice to Have Sales experience in industries like hospitality, property management, fleet/logistics, facilities/security, first responder, or government services. Background in IoT, access control, or hardware-enabled SaaS. Benefits Base salary €40,000 – €50,000 plus uncapped commission, expected OTE €70,000 – €80,000.
