About the position
Responsibilities
• Daily administration of Technolutions Slate instances (Undergraduate, Graduate, and Re-recruit) under the guidance of the Director of Enrollment Systems.
• Primary focus on the efficient operations and enhancement of the Undergraduate instance.
• Maintain data integrity by ensuring accurate data entry and troubleshooting errors.
• Manage data imports, exports, and integrations with other university systems (e.g., SIS).
• Regular maintenance of source formats and data feeds from third-party vendors.
• Build and refine queries/reports to support Undergraduate Admissions and Enrollment Intelligence.
• Assist in data segmentation for targeted communications, recruitment efforts, and advanced reporting.
• Configure and maintain application review workflows, oversee revisions to the Slate-hosted application, and provide quality assurance testing for the decision release processes.
• Regular Operations to staff to ensure processes are functioning as expected.
• Develop and update forms, event registration/event pages, and related communication components.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users on Slate functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and document solutions for common challenges.
• Assist with user training and best practice implementation.
• Test new Slate features and updates before deployment.
• Identify and recommend system improvements to enhance recruitment and admissions efficiency.
• Assist in implementing and documenting changes to Slate configurations.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Information Systems.
• One to two years of related work experience.
• Previous experience with Technolutions Slate CRM is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse community of students, faculty, and other staff members.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function in a multi-tasked environment.
