About the Role We're seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our FP&A team, where you'll play a critical role in supporting our global G&A objectives. As a Business Analysis Manager, you'll be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, analyzing financial data, and developing strategic recommendations to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities • Support high-priority workstreams directly aligned with executive needs • Lead process improvement of new spend approval board • Organize, review, and present spend requests to a committee comprised of finance leaders • Develop leadership briefs to communicate spend requests and decisions • Explore internal data systems to become a trusted expert on spend baselines • Direct surveys to validate effectiveness recommendations across the project Qualifications and Requirements We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in financial analysis, planning, and business development.
