A healthcare organization is seeking a Provider Performance Liaison - Clinical to develop partnerships with providers and improve quality outcomes. This remote position requires a Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Nurse with at least 5 years of provider-facing experience. Responsibilities include supporting providers with HEDIS metrics and implementing quality improvement interventions. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Texas Medicaid and be willing to travel to provider offices.
