Financial Due Diligence Consultant for Quality of Earnings (QofE) Report – M&A
"We are looking for a financial due diligence professional to perform a Quality of Earnings (QofE) analysis on a target company in the printing industry sector with $6,500,000 in revenue.
Requirements:
Former Big 4 or Top Tier Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) experience preferred.
Ability to perform Proof of Cash and Revenue.
Deep understanding of EBITDA add-backs and normalizations.
Experience analyzing Net Working Capital (NWC) targets.
Deliverable: A databook (Excel) and a summary report/deck highlighting key risks and the Adjusted EBITDA bridge."
