Marketing Analytics Consultant
Job Description:
• Consult with clients to understand their marketing analytics needs and design tailored solutions using our software platform.
• Analyze complex marketing datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, customer segmentation, and ROI.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to enable clients on analytics best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends in marketing analytics, data science, and AI.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or business intelligence within a software vendor, consulting, or enterprise environment.
• Proven experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., SAS, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python, R).
• Proven communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience applying marketing data science solutions in one or more of the following industries: financial services, retail, or telecommunications.
• Proven track record of leveraging customer data to drive segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization in financial services (e.g., banking, insurance, payments).
• Experience analyzing omni-channel retail data to improve customer engagement, loyalty programs, and sales performance.
• Hands-on experience with telecommunications data, such as churn prediction, customer lifetime value modeling, or network usage analytics.
• Familiarity with industry-specific data sources, regulatory requirements, and business processes relevant to marketing analytics in financial services, retail, or telecommunications.
• Proven ability to translate complex industry challenges into actionable marketing analytics solutions for enterprise clients.
• Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications .
