Senior TRICARE Community Liaison
Job Description:
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with TRICARE customers
• Provide accurate explanations of TRICARE health plan policies
• Respond to beneficiary, provider and Government inquiries
• Research and resolve TRICARE problems/issues
• Conduct regular market laydown assessments
• Accomplish all administrative tasks as assigned
• Participate in activities that promote well-being and professional growth
Requirements:
• U.S. citizenship required
• Interim approval for government security clearance
• Living in Michigan, Indiana or Ohio
• Ability to travel and work weekends/nights as needed
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Experience in analyzing information and implementing solutions
• Experience in healthcare provider relations
• Exceptional public-speaking ability
• Strong computer skills with business software
• Superior organizational skills
