Senior Business Consultant Level - Remote / Telecommute

Job Description: Qualifications: • The Senior Business Analyst is required to have the following skills and experience: • Have 2 years of recent relevant experience defining and documenting business requirements for applications and data. • Have 4 years' experience interacting professionally with a wide variety of people in diverse roles (e.g. executives, contractors, technical experts, users) to develop and implement automated business processes. • Have 1 year of experience working with front line clients in service delivery-based organizations. • Have 3 years of experience working with an agile team using scrum methodologies. • Have experience working effectively with non-technical end users as relates to testing, including writing business test cases, conducting functional testing, and supporting UAT. • Experience providing business analysis related to integrated custom applications with complex business processes. • Must have knowledge of The client Registries and Digital Services. • Responses should provide succinct examples and named resources(s) illustrating the skills and experience necessary to provide the services of a senior experience and information design consultant. • In addition to the skills and experience set out above, should demonstrate that the proposed Senior Business Analyst(s) have the following additional skills and experience. Must Possess: • bility to lead multi-discipline teams in conducting facilitation towards new requirements. • Gathering, development of new business processes, continuous process improvements and appropriate documentation. • Have created and delivered training to customers on the items listed in the mandatory sections. • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and documentation including business cases, business requirements documents, use cases or process flows diagramming. • Have experience with usability issues and web-based applications. • Must have knowledge of the client Registries and Digital Services. Preferable: • Previous experience with the client Registries Modernization Initiative will be an asset. • Have created technical documentation, diagrams and RFCs. • Have experience writing release communications. • Have knowledge of application design and development life cycle; and all aspects of IT security.
