Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer( Remote from Poland

Position: Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer( Remote from Poland) We're hiring a Senior Cloud Dev Ops Engineer (Remote from Poland) at ITMAGINATION, join our team of 400+ developers, analysts and testers! We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Cloud Dev Ops Engineer position and participate in project for our client from the iLottery industry. You can expect: • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multi-cloud deployments (Azure, AWS; GCP is a plus). • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (must have advanced coding skills). • Build and optimize AKS and EKS clusters for containerized workloads. • Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources. • Ensure observability using tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, and Prometheus. • Manage and optimize infrastructure deployments for performance and cost efficiency. • Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, standards, and architectures. • Implement security best practices across cloud environments. • Collaborate with cloud platform and application teams to ensure infrastructure supports business requirements while aligning to governing standards. Requirements • Min 7 years in Dev Ops or Cloud Engineering roles. • Expert-level experience with AWS and Azure services (current workload split: ~70% AWS / 30% Azure). • Strong hands-on experience with AKS and EKS in production environments. • Advanced proficiency in Terraform (coding, modules, state management). • Skilled in managing IaC pipelines (Git Hub Actions preferred, Azure Dev Ops or Jenkins acceptable). • Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Power Shell. • Experience with observability tools: Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus. • Familiarity with PHP 8.3, MySQL/Maria DB, Redis, Nginx, and managed Postgre SQL services (AWS RDS, Azure Database for Postgre SQL). • Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices. • Excellent documentation and communication skills. • Communicative English. Nice to Have • Experience with GCP/GKE, serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). • Exposure to service mesh (Istio, Linkerd). • Familiarity with Databricks or Azure Container Apps.
