Contract Attorney – Internal Training & Compliance Video Creation
New Leaf Peer 2 Peer, LLC is seeking a licensed attorney to create and record a short informational video for our internal team explaining contracts and professional obligations in clear, plain language. The video will cover what a contract is, what it means to sign one, documentation and billing expectations, confidentiality, non-solicitation, and the consequences of contract violations, including compliance considerations related to Medicaid. This is a project-based engagement requiring an attorney who can communicate legal concepts at an accessible, non-intimidating level for staff training purposes. Experience with employment or independent contractor agreements, healthcare or behavioral health settings, and compliance-focused training is strongly preferred. Potential script attached. This script is not for marketing purposes. It will be used for educational purposes in-house.
