My company is registered in Delaware, and I need to ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations before launch.
Scope of Work
Review my sweepstakes business model and mechanics
Identify federal and state-level legal requirements
Advise on compliance with Deceptive Trade Practices, No Purchase Necessary rules, AMOE, Official Rules, and Prize Fulfillment laws
Provide a written legal opinion confirming whether the model complies with:
U.S. sweepstakes regulations
Delaware state laws
Any additional state restrictions
Recommend adjustments if needed
Optional: Ongoing compliance support
Requirements
Must be a licensed U.S. attorney (preferably Delaware or sweepstakes-focused)
Experience in:
