About the Role As a Director on our Tech Strategy team, you'll drive strategic recommendations that fuel our business model evolution, growth, and innovation. You'll leverage your expertise to connect business strategy with customer journeys, disruptive technologies, and platform capabilities. Your Key Responsibilities Strategic Recommendations: Shape and implement strategic initiatives to enhance enterprise capabilities. Tech Enablement: Understand how existing and emerging technologies support our business model. Executive Presentations: Highlight critical findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Creative Problem-Solving: Use techniques like Design Thinking and scenario modeling to challenge the status quo. Influence and Collaborate: Build relationships across Business Strategy, Product, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Architecture teams. Culture Building: Foster a collaborative, engaging, and dynamic team environment. Qualifications Experience: 10-15 years in professional roles, including management consulting within Technology strategic disciplines. Leadership: Proven ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams. Technical Expertise: Familiar with core Technology functions like Infrastructure and Cloud Strategy, Platform/Product Strategy, and more. Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with a track record of influencing change in a matrixed organization. Creative and Analytical: High intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and innovative thought leadership. Collaboration Skills: Excellent facilitation and ability to gain alignment at all levels, including senior leadership. Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguity and evolving priorities. Preferred: MBA, Big 4 consulting experience, Agile methodologies, and FinTech knowledge. Perks and Benefits Competitive Salary: $145,000 to $230,000 annually, plus bonuses and equity.
