Customer Service Representative- Full-Time
Help us help customers manage their subscriptions. You’ll be answering phone calls from the comfort of your home. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a newer model computer, a headset, and a dedicated, quiet workspace where you can train and work without interruptions. Having a distraction-free and noise-free background is important.
You will be assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, opening/closing accounts, and fulfillment issues. Our ideal applicant is very comfortable in a high-call-volume environment and ready to stay busy!
Job Requirements:
• Required availability includes start times as early as 7 AM and ending at 4 PM MST (8AM-5PM CST)
• Reliability, schedule adherence
• Reliable internet connection (A minimum of 50 Mbps download speed).
• PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS.
• USB headset for taking calls
• A dedicated, quiet workspace.
• Excellent reading/writing skills.
• Ability to work 25+ hours per week, minimum.
• Ability to work at least one weekend day per week- weekend shifts are shorter from 7 AM to 12 PM MST
• Solid PC skills. (data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
• Must live in Wyoming or Kansas.
