Remote Attorney
• Remote only.
• Licensed attorney required. New York or California license preferred.
• Contractor rate to be negotiated, commensurate with experience, range from $100-$175/hour. Ability to transition to employment status.
• We are ideally looking for an attorney with at least 4 years of experience with corporate law, specifically securities and financing expertise.
• However, we will consider an attorney that can handle at least one of the following areas with minimal supervision: corporate formation and governance; contract drafting, review and negotiation; commercial litigation and contract disputes; trademark prosecution; employment law; or trusts and estates.
• The following are preferred: Experience with emerging technologies, including cryptocurrency, blockchain, metaverse, NFTs, smart contracts, etc.; experience with tech startups.
