Essential Duties
• Educate borrowers on loan options and programs
• Analyze credit and financial information
• Submit high-quality files with full documentation
• Maintain communication with borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
• State MLO license required
• Strong customer service and follow-up skills
• Comfortable in a fully remote environment
• Ability to multitask and manage a pipeline
