Property Research Analyst- Phillipines Based – Part-Time (15 hrs/week) – $10 USD/hr + Bonus - Contract to Hire
Job Description
We are looking for a high-accuracy Property Research Analyst to help identify residential properties in Canberra, Australia, that are suitable for dual-income / secondary dwelling investment.
This is a long-term role, starting at 15 hours per week, with the potential to grow to 30–40 hours per week once you demonstrate consistent performance.
Pay:
$10 USD per hour
Monthly performance bonus based on accuracy and output
Full training, templates, and step-by-step checklists will be provided.
However, you must already have strong capability in property research, data analysis, or similar online research roles.
WHAT YOU MUST DEMONSTRATE IN YOUR APPLICATION

1. Your experience analysing data in property, finance, research, or similar fields
Examples might include:
property valuations
analysing property listings
assessing investment potential
identifying undervalued assets
researching real estate data
reviewing maps, zoning codes, UV, or land information
preparing reports or deal summaries

2. How you have used online or open-source data to identify opportunities
Examples may include:
using listing portals (REA, Zillow, Allhomes, Domain, etc.)
analysing public databases
using Google Maps & Street View for site insights
comparing sales history vs. market value
identifying development potential

3. Why you believe you can identify good deals online for our Canberra market
Explain:
your research process
what details you look for
how you verify data
how you check for risk
how you determine suitability
Clarity and logic matter.
Role Responsibilities (Once Hired)
Weekly (During 15 hours/week)
Scan Canberra listings daily (Allhomes + RealEstate.com.au)
Identify properties with secondary dwelling potential
Collect data: block size, zoning, UV, frontage, price, sales history
Conduct basic compliance checks (training provided)
Analyse access, slope, trees, layout, and site potential
Prepare clear 1-page “deal sheets”
Update spreadsheets
Provide a weekly summary of findings
As hours increase:
Prepare weekly “Top 2 Deals” investor report
Provide negotiation intel
Assist with deeper research tasks
