Fractional Recruiter – Go-To-Market
Job Description:
• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for all open positions, including our current priorities: VP of Sales, Enterprise Director, and multiple Account Executive roles as we scale from 6 to 12 AEs. • Outbound sourcing: Proactively identify and reach out to passive candidates through LinkedIn, networks, and creative sourcing strategies
• Inbound screening: Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and qualify candidates against role requirements
• First interviews: Conduct structured first-round interviews to assess fit, capability, and alignment with our culture and growth stage
• Coordination: Manage all scheduling, communication with candidates, and coordination with hiring managers throughout the process
• Offer management: Extend offers, negotiate terms, and close candidates.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or high-growth startups
• 3+ years of proven experience as independent contractor
• Go-to-market recruiting expertise: Deep understanding of both sales and marketing roles, with ability to assess GTM strategy alignment and candidate quality across these functions
• Strong track record recruiting for sales roles, particularly enterprise sales positions
• Experience with both volume hiring (scaling AE teams) and executive search
• Excellent judgment in assessing candidate quality and culture fit
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to sell candidates on our opportunity
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Comfortable operating independently with minimal oversight
• Experience with Ashby, Juicebox, and Rippling (or ability to quickly learn our recruiting stack).
