Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing routine service support to blithequark customers who initiate contact with our Customer Care Center. Your primary objective will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Representative, you will communicate directly with customers, as well as internal and external service partners, to deliver personalized support and resolve complex issues. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, provided you have a quiet, confidential space that meets our requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform customer service activities and initiatives for a broad range of products, services, and problem resolution across multiple channels for our customers.
- Deliver our CARES model to customers and service partners, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused.
- Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and issues via all channels through which customers are served.
- Resolve customer service inquiries and issues, recommending appropriate solutions and referring complex or recurring issues to specialized teams as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
Blithequark offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of $34,000.00 to $59,800.00, depending on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
