About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Inbound Customer Service Agent to join our team at blithequark. As a customer service agent, you will provide direct support to our customers, focusing on sales and service. Your responsibilities will include providing product information, registration support, and resolving service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries. You will be the face of our brand, and your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty and trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide product information and support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilize multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications to drive owner-focused solutions
  • Create, update, and retrieve customer records to log facts surrounding complaints, actions, and resolutions
  • Proactively provide feedback to Quality and Training to help keep training processes and materials updated
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
  • Support other parts of the business as directed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • One year of relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions relating to escalated customer matters
  • High degree of concentration and attention to detail to manage daily activity
  • Familiarity with web-based systems to retrieve data for troubleshooting and resolution
  • Comfortable navigating through multiple systems at once
  • Computer skills, including MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
