**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark customers via phone, ensuring a legendary experience every time
- Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize your product knowledge to suggest companion items and enhance the customer experience
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company initiatives
- Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
**Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Availability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
- Ability to work on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as at least one weekend day
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working in a call center or retail environment

- Experience with sales and customer service software
