Senior Account Executive – US (Remote, Home Office)
About the Role
A client of Synmatch AI is expanding its US presence and is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth. If you are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about B2B SaaS sales, and eager to shape go-to-market success in the US, this role is a strong fit.
You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, create strategic outbound motions, build pipeline, and become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Your First 3 Months
• Deeply understand the platform, product positioning, and the e-commerce and marketing technology ecosystem.
• Build strong collaboration processes with Sales, Marketing, BDR and Pre-Sales teams.
• Review your target accounts and design your long-term sales strategy.
• Begin building your pipeline and identifying new enterprise opportunities.
After 6 Months and Beyond
• Drive prospects through the sales cycle and close initial enterprise deals.
• Grow pipeline and consistently generate new revenue opportunities.
• Own full sales cycles in partnership with BDR, Pre-Sales and other supporting teams.
• Build and manage enterprise partnerships.
• Demonstrate mastery of the entire sales process, from prospecting to negotiation to close.
What You Bring
• 2–5+ years of new business SaaS sales experience with a proven enterprise closing track record.
• Experience selling into e-commerce, performance marketing or online advertising is a plus.
• Skilled in value-based, consultative selling to C-level executives in complex environments.
• Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented, and comfortable building strategy from scratch.
• Strong technical ability to demo the product and articulate business value and ROI.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions.
• MEDDIC experience is a plus.
