I’m looking for an experienced Shopify CRO / Technical SEO specialist to perform a conversion-focused audit of my Shopify store and provide a clear, actionable improvement plan.
This project is audit-first. No store access will be granted at the initial stage.
Scope of work
Review store structure, homepage, product pages, and checkout flow
Identify conversion bottlenecks and UX issues
Technical SEO review (indexing, structure, on-page basics)
Speed & mobile usability observations
Clear prioritization of fixes (what to do first and why)
Deliverables
Written audit report (Google Doc or PDF)
Prioritized list of issues and recommendations
Suggested solutions using official Shopify App Store apps only (if apps are needed)
No guarantees of revenue — only realistic expectations
Important notes
No access required for the audit stage
Any paid apps must be discussed and approved in advance
No third-party or licensed plugins outside the Shopify App Store
Clear communication and step-by-step explanation required
