[Remote] BI Developer (SQL, ETL, Salesforce)

Ledgent Technology is hiring for a Business Intelligence Developer to shape a modern, insights-driven data culture in an entrepreneurial environment. The role involves owning the global analytics and reporting function, delivering actionable insights, and optimizing data processes. Responsibilities • BI strategy and execution, delivering actionable insights across the organization • Design and optimize SQL queries, Oracle packages, and ERP integrations • Administration of Salesforce and manage Salesforce data flows • Drive automation and standardization for reporting and analytics • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve efficiency and support growth • Provide data-driven recommendations for sales and marketing strategies Skills • Expert in SQL query development and Oracle packages • ETL and migration experience - ERP management experience • Skilled in Salesforce configuration/administration; Experience in integration tools • Strong communicator across different levels of cross-functional teams who can translate complex data into clear business insights • Process-oriented with a passion for automation and efficiency • Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field • 7+ years in BI or related roles with proven leadership and project management experience • Experience in medical device industry Company Overview • Ledgent Technology, a business line of Roth Staffing Companies, utilizes proven processes and their robust professional network to place qualified technology professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, direct-hire roles and project teams throughout the US.
