About the position Responsibilities • Plans, manages, and delivers distinct projects through all specific phases. • Provides leadership, direction, and coaching to teams. • Partners with business and executive stakeholders within a single or across multiple Lines of Business. • Manages projects with low regulatory oversight and low to moderate risk profiles. • Leads the delivery of Tier 4 / 5 projects with low complexity. • Indirectly manages a LoB project team consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs, and Technology resources. • Manages multiple small projects at any given time. Requirements • Bachelor's degree required. • Project Management Certification preferred or relevant Project Management methodology experience. • 5+ years relevant experience. • Comprehensive knowledge of project management practices, procedures, and principles. • Exposure to financial management regarding tracking, forecasting, and managing project budgets. • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners. • Ability to think strategically and possess strong business acumen. • Proven ability to stay focused under pressure and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations. • Strong leadership skills and ability to champion change. Nice-to-haves • Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, Teams, and Power BI. • Experience in technology infrastructure and/or project management. • Experience in creating ad hoc reports and presentations for executive management. • Self-starter with a collaborative/team player mindset. • Strong investigative skills with the ability to problem solve. • Ability to assist in liaising between I&E, P&T, and the business segment. • Experience in tracking remediation activities to reduce technology debt.
