[Remote] Permanent Salesforce Developer (MUST be US Citizen, GC or H4EAD only)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prince Technology Solutions Inc is seeking a Permanent Salesforce Developer who must be a US Citizen, GC Holder, or H4 EAD. The role involves working in a paired programming environment, focusing on collaborative development and code reviews with a partner for approximately six hours a day, all while working remotely. Responsibilities • MUST be willing to work in a Paired Programming Environment • About 6 hours a day on programming with pair partner (Goal is up to) • Must be open to this and truly understand they are expected to have the camera on and show up to all meetings • Need to have cameras on the entire time during any session • Each pair will take turns coding with the other person reviewing and making suggestions • Only 1 person can be typing at a time • Developing on 1 ticket Skills • MUST be US Citizen, GC Holder or H4 EAD • MUST be willing to work in a Paired Programming Environment • Must be open to having the camera on and showing up to all meetings • Need to have cameras on the entire time during any session • Each pair will take turns coding with the other person reviewing and making suggestions • Only 1 person can be typing at a time • Developing on 1 ticket • Anyone we would consider for level III we would like to make sure they have mentored/code reviews of junior developers • Candidates level would be determined by our technical interview • Employees in a level III have the senior title at another company • Everyone will have opportunity to learn Vlocity Benefits • Performance bonus will be part of offer, so they will know if up to 9%, 11%, or 13% at the time of offer. • Annual increases in March of every year. • Health insurance kicks in day 1. • You do not have to be sick for the 1 week of sick pay, so basically 4 weeks off total. • Will fly new employees out to Michigan for a 3-day training course on PP. • Company loves to promote from within.
