Technical/Functional Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI projects.
Proficiency in UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data.
Strong visual design skills with the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Familiarity with web and mobile design standards, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct user research to understand user needs, goals, and behaviors.
Synthesize research findings to inform design decisions and create user personas, journey maps, and user flows.
Analyze user feedback and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
Wireframing and Prototyping:
Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that illustrate the user interface and interactions.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and business requirements.
Ensure designs adhere to best practices for usability, accessibility, and user experience.
Collaborative Design Process:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and visual designers, to define project goals and requirements.
Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and user testing sessions.
Communicate design rationale and collaborate effectively with team members.
UX/UI Design:
Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that embody the brand's visual identity.
Develop design guidelines, style guides, and pattern libraries to maintain design consistency across platforms.
