About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and well-rounded Data Analyst to join our Customer Success Analytics team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise to Engagement Managers, answering analytics questions, and improving our code base. This remote role is open to candidates based in the APAC, EMEA, and Central/South America regions, offering a unique opportunity to work with a global team and contribute to the growth and success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own projects from design to implementation, leveraging your technical expertise and analytical skills to drive business growth and customer success
• Provide technical expertise to Engagement Managers, answering analytics questions and developing solutions to complex problems
• Analyze data to discover trends, root causes, anomalies, and other concerns, driving value for our customers and informing business decisions
• Validate customer concerns and develop solutions, responses, or recommendations, ensuring exceptional customer experience and support
• Build and maintain analytic dashboards to help customers understand their data, providing actionable insights and driving business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to drive business growth and customer success

Expected Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3-6 years of experience working as a full-time data analyst, with a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning
• Experience owning projects from design to implementation, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth
• Proficiency in Python, with experience writing and editing SQL queries and working with large amounts of data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Security and Privacy Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Following our policy and procedure documents related to security and privacy, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data
• Following the guidelines in the Employee Handbook, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Following the OWASP Top 10 guidelines when implementing and reviewing code, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and applications
• Participating in new hire and annual training for security and privacy, staying up-to-date with the latest security threats and best practices
• Treating data security and privacy as one of your primary job responsibilities, prioritizing the protection of customer data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Expertise and Nice to Have

While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

• Time series data analysis on large amounts of data, with experience working with complex data sets and developing predictive models
• Working with large amounts of data, with experience writing and editing SQL queries and working with data pipelines
• Maintaining and improving data pipelines written in Python, with experience using the Kedro framework
• Developing, monitoring, and iterating on production ML models, with experience working with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Automotive or telematics data experience, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and the challenges and opportunities associated with connected vehicle data
