We're seeking an experienced and charismatic In-Person Customer Service Representative to join our team at 2951 Avenue U, Brooklyn, NY 11229. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service as they arrive, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Assist with seating guests efficiently based on table availability and party size, ensuring a smooth and organized dining experience.
- Offer basic information about menu items, promotions, and specials, helping guests make informed decisions about their meal.
- Support sales by maintaining a positive atmosphere and encouraging return visits, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
- Help with light front-of-house tasks as needed to support restaurant operations, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 16 years old, with a preferred age of 16 years or older.
- Possess strong social interaction skills, as this is a host position that requires frequent communication with guests and team members.
- Be comfortable standing for extended periods and moving around the dining area, as you'll be on your feet for most of your shift.
- Demonstrate a friendly, polite, and clear communication style, both with guests and team members.
- Be dependable, punctual, and willing to follow restaurant procedures and dress code, ensuring a professional and consistent experience for our guests.
Schedule and Availability
We have multiple shifts available, including:
- Morning Shift: Sunday-Saturday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Evening Shift: Sunday – Saturday 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
