About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and chats, providing top-notch support to our customers. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and systems, backed by a dedicated team of leaders and peers who are committed to your success. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7A-7P EST, offering a stable and predictable schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively through inbound calls and chats.
  • Utilize leading technologies and systems to provide solutions and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to leverage probing questions to resolve issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is a plus, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including strong keyboard skills and MS Office knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customer calls of varying types, including service requests, billing questions, and energy conservation advice, with patience, empathy, and understanding.

Working from Home Requirements:

To ensure your success in this remote role, you will need:

  • Excellent internet connectivity, with upload speeds of 2 Mbps and download speeds of 10 Mbps; the faster, the better.
  • A hardwired internet connection; wireless and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible with our systems.
  • A quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
