**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Helping members troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the Live platform and providing actionable tips to resolve the problem.
* Representing the client in IDI & Focus Group Waiting rooms and proactively confirming member qualification and device functionality prior to interviews.
* Following communication and security procedures, guidelines, and policies, including all known PI procedures.
* Moderating incoming Qualitative Research Responses based on Commercial team requests and general platform quality support needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, procedures, and customer experience.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
**Qualifications**
To succeed as an Experienced Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will need:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
