With a no-phone policy and a diverse user base spanning multiple time zones, we're looking for a skilled support agent to join our team and help us deliver exceptional support without the noise of phone calls or meetings. **Position Overview** As a Home-Based Chat and Email Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers resolve issues related to subscription renewals, login recovery, account setup, and payment changes. You'll work independently, using templated email and chat communication to provide professional and structured support.
