**Role Description**
As a Customer Service Representative – Insurance Agency Team Member at blithequark, you will be responsible for generating exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of our successful agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit for this role. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
**Responsibilities**
• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates, providing clear and concise explanations of the process and any necessary documentation.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers, ensuring that claims are resolved efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with other agency team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer service efforts.
• Anticipate the needs of community members, identifying opportunities to provide additional support and services that meet their needs.
**Qualifications**
