Responsibilities
• Budget development and monitoring
• Financial analysis and forecasting of expenditures and revenues
• Maintenance of accounting structure
• Review and reporting of grant expenditures
• Preparation of accounts receivable billings
• Representation of the division at meetings and training programs
• Interpretation of federal and state regulations
• Creation of financial reports
• Recommendation and development of new accounting processes and procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any major with at least 12 semester credits in accounting, finance, or economics
• 1 year of professional experience in financial analysis for Financial Analyst 10
• 2 years of professional experience in financial analysis for Financial Analyst P11
