UAE Legal Advisor – NDA Drafting & Ongoing Advisory (DocuSign) - Contract to Hire
Overview
We are looking for a UAE-based legal advisor to draft Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) governed by UAE law for consultants, advisors, and counterparties. The initial scope of work is limited to creating NDA templates executed via DocuSign, with the intention to retain the advisor for ongoing legal consultation on UAE laws during feasibility studies for potential business acquisitions and startups.
Initial Scope of Work (Phase 1)
- Draft a professional NDA under UAE law
- Cover confidentiality, IP ownership, non-use, and non-circumvention
- Structure as a reusable master template
- Deliver a DocuSign-ready version
Future Scope (Advisory, as needed)
- Ad-hoc legal guidance on Dubai / UAE laws
- Support during feasibility studies for new ventures or acquisitions
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience with UAE commercial law
- NDA drafting for consultants and advisory engagements
- Clear, practical legal guidance (not academic)
- Discreet and responsive
