Interior Designer for Custom IKEA Fitted Wardrobes
Hello,
I’m looking for someone with architectural and interior design experience, particularly someone who has worked with IKEA wardrobes and built-in cupboard solutions.
I have several rooms with unusual shapes, and many of the existing cupboards are old and starting to break. A carpenter installed some IKEA wardrobes for me in the past, but they weren’t fitted properly, and they are now falling apart. This time, I want the work done properly.
I’m specifically looking for someone who can design and plan the cupboards artistically, ensuring they fit the room perfectly and look like part of the built-in furniture rather than something simply pushed into the corner. The wardrobes should blend naturally with the room layout.
It’s also important that the person not only designs but understands the practical implementation. Previously, I hired someone who created beautiful designs, but they were nearly impossible for a carpenter to actually build. So this time, I need someone who has both designed and successfully implemented IKEA-based fitted wardrobes—someone who knows how to use IKEA carcasses, doors, and components in a creative but realistic way.
