[Remote] Field Auto Claims Adjuster - Arkansas (Conway and Fort Smith)

They are seeking a Field Auto Claims Adjuster to utilize analytical skills for estimating damages on auto claims, ensuring compliance with regulations, and building relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating settlements and conducting field inspections in the Kansas region. Responsibilities • Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers • Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses • Processes a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company • Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within escalated authority limits • Field inspections on vehicle, total loss evaluations, negotiating with repair shops, some desk review, virtual assist. Reviewing approximately 5 claims per day Skills • 3-5 years of body shop estimator experience • Insurance experience • Ability to work additional hours during catastrophe Company Overview • Allstate is an insurance company that offers car, home, and life insurance services.
