Property Bookkeeping & Operations Associate - (ZR_28841_JOB)
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
• 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm PST, 1 hour unpaid break
Client timezone: PST (California)
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance with boots-on-ground team
• Categorize and manage incoming expenses
• Work with property management software for daily operations
• Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Reconcile books and maintain financial records
• Generate reports as requested by leadership
• Handle general organization tasks across the business
• Create marketing flyers and promotional materials when needed
• Update and maintain company website content
• Serve as an executive assistant providing comprehensive support
Requirements:
• Experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• Experience with property management and property management software
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable and independent work style
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
• Ability to work as a true partner and right-hand person
