YouTube Series Editor (Ongoing / Weekly Episodes)

Overview I’m looking for a long-term video editor to collaborate on a cinematic YouTube series. This is ongoing weekly work, not a one-off edit. The content is documentary-style lifestyle storytelling — elevated, intentional, and visually polished. Think premium YouTube series, not fast-cut vlogs. ⸻ What You’ll Be Editing • Weekly YouTube episodes (20–40 minutes) • Shot on high-quality cameras (Sony / iPhone Pro / external audio) • Clean narrative flow (not over-edited, not chaotic) • Occasional short-form clips repurposed from long-form (YouTube Shorts / IG / TikTok) ⸻ Visual & Editing Style • Cinematic pacing • Calm, confident, luxury tone • Minimal but intentional music • Clean color grading • Thoughtful storytelling (not jump-cut heavy) This is reality-doc energy, not influencer vlog energy. ⸻ Advanced Graphics Requirements (Important) You must be comfortable with or willing to collaborate on high-level motion graphics, including: • ✦ Galactic / nebula-style visuals • ✦ Quantum / cosmic aesthetics • ✦ Plane travel animations (map → destination) • ✦ Flat-earth–style world depictions • ✦ Tesseract / dimensional corridor concepts • ✦ Dark-matter / void corridor visuals • ✦ Doors opening into new locations or “chapters” These graphics will be used sparingly but intentionally to support the story. You do not need to create Hollywood-level VFX solo — but you must understand visual storytelling and be able to: • Execute clean motion graphics yourself or • Integrate provided assets cleanly or • Collaborate intelligently if assets are outsourced ⸻ Workflow • Weekly delivery • Clear episode structure provided • Feedback rounds kept minimal • NDA required (non-negotiable) ⸻ What I’m Looking For • Experience editing YouTube series, documentaries, or premium lifestyle content • Strong sense of narrative pacing • Comfortable working long-term with one creator • Organized, communicative, and reliable • Respect for privacy and discretion ⸻ Please Include in Your Proposal 1.
