HR Administration Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to manage HR operations, payroll, attendance, and administrative controls. | An accounting background is a must for salary preparation and expense verification. | Key Responsibilities: | - Prepare and process monthly employee salaries | - Monitor staff attendance, annual leave, and sick leave | - Handle core HR functions including onboarding and employee records | - Review and verify employee expense bills | - Monitor staff employment visa renewals and related documentation | - Monitor staff accommodation rent contracts | - Oversee company vehicle maintenance and registration renewals | - Monitor staff traffic fines and employee loans | - Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies | Requirements: | ---------------------- | - Proven experience in HR & Administration in the UAE | - Accounting or finance background is an advantage | - Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, and HR administration | -Experience with visa processing and renewals in the UAE | - High level of confidentiality and organizational skills
